HR Administrator
and play a key role in creating a seamless employee experience across the business

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an HR Administrator, you'll provide
timely, accurate, and people-focused administrative support
to the HR and Learning & Development teams. This role is pivotal in keeping our HR operations running smoothly while delivering a high level of service to employees and stakeholders.

You'll work closely with our
Regional HR Business Partner
and global HR teams, taking ownership of key HR and training processes. We're looking for someone proactive, organised, and confident in spotting opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

HR Administration & Employee Support

  • Provide first-line support for routine HR queries via email, phone, or in person
  • Maintain and update the HR system, including
    visa and benefits administration
  • Support the
    Talent Acquisition team
    with recruitment processes in the UAE, including
    Emiratisation compliance
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction support for new joiners, including regular check-ins for Emirati employees
  • Assist with the
    Graduate Trainee Programme
  • Support offboarding processes including exit interviews, hardware returns, and benefits cancellation
  • Share UAE workforce announcements (Ramadan, public holidays, office activities, etc.)
  • Organise staff welfare initiatives such as
    NES Ramadan and Belong activities
  • Provide
    Arabic translations
    for employee documents as required
  • Handle ad-hoc HR administration and correspondence as needed

Training & Learning Support

  • Coordinate and manage
    Learning & Development events
    across the business
  • Ensure training processes are followed
    end-to-end
    throughout the training lifecycle
  • Balance priorities during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Collect, review, and act on training evaluation feedback to improve effectiveness
  • Monitor training needs and support initiatives aligned with internal and external standards
  • Coordinate with external training providers and manage schedules
  • Create and distribute training invites for classroom and virtual sessions
  • Maintain accurate training records to ensure continuity during absence or leave
  • Produce weekly and monthly training reports, ensuring data accuracy
  • Follow up learning events with relevant content and resources
  • Support review of
    Arabic translations
    for training materials
  • Ensure team KPIs are met and investigate or respond to issues proactively

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications & Experience

  • University degree preferred
  • 1–2 years' administration experience (HR experience highly advantageous)
  • Good understanding of HR best practices

Technical Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of
    Microsoft Office
    (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams)
  • Experience with
    HR and LMS systems
    highly desirable
