Job Summary
The HR / Admin Officer in a real estate company is responsible for managing human resources functions and administrative operations to support property sales, leasing, and management activities. The role ensures compliance with labor laws, smooth office operations, and effective support for agents, property managers, and management.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of real estate agents, brokers, and office staff.
- Prepare and maintain employee and agent contracts, commission agreements, and HR records.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and timesheets for administrative staff.
- Coordinate payroll data, including commissions and incentives, with finance.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, real estate regulations, and company policies.
- Manage visa processing, labor cards, and trade license-related documentation (where applicable).
- Support performance reviews and training coordination.
Administration
- Oversee office administration and daily operations.
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and maintenance of sales offices and showrooms.
- Coordinate with government authorities, developers, and service providers.
- Handle documentation related to properties, sales, leasing, and management support.
- Maintain organized records for licenses, permits, and company registrations.
- Support brokers and agents with administrative documentation.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and management presentations.
- Arrange meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR and administration, preferably in a real estate company.
- Knowledge of labor laws and real estate industry practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Languages : Arabic and English
