As Aurelian Holiday Homes continues to grow, we are looking for an
Operations & Pricing Manager
who understands that holiday homes is not just about occupancy—but about
yield, margins, systems, and guest experience executed at scale
.

This is a
commercially critical role
, sitting at the intersection of pricing strategy, owner performance, and operational excellence.

This role is for you if you:

  • Think in
    ADR, RevPAR, and net yield,
    not just bookings
  • Are confident managing
    dynamic pricing
    across seasons, events, and demand cycles
  • Can balance
    premium guest experience
    with strong cost and margin discipline
  • Are comfortable handling
    owners, escalations, and crises
    with clarity and accountability
  • Understand how to scale operations without losing control or standards

Key Responsibilities

Operations

  • Oversee daily operations from booking to check-out across the portfolio
  • Manage housekeeping, maintenance, and quality control standards
  • Handle operational escalations and guest issues with accountability and calm judgment
  • Ensure compliance with DTCM and building requirements
  • Implement and refine SOPs, workflows, and operational systems
  • Control operational costs and prevent margin leakage

Pricing & Performance

  • Set and manage dynamic pricing strategies across platforms
  • Forecast owner income and track performance against expectations
  • Optimise occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and net yield
  • Identify underperforming units and implement corrective actions
  • Support reporting and performance reviews at unit and portfolio level
