We manage select high-quality units across Dubai, delivering exceptional guest experiences and reliable returns to property owners. We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Operations Manager to lead all day-to-day holiday home operations.

Role Overview

The Holiday Homes Operations Manager
will oversee the complete operational lifecycle of Hoxtons Holiday Homes — from onboarding new units to managing guest stays, cleaning & maintenance schedules, supplier coordination, bookings, regulatory compliance, and ensuring every property is presented to a premium standard. You will be the central point of coordination between guests, owners, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Property Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned holiday homes across Dubai
  • Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, inspections & turnaround schedules
  • Ensure properties are always prepared, clean & guest-ready
  • Maintain accurate booking calendars across all platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.)

Guest Relations

  • Respond to guest inquiries swiftly and professionally
  • Handle special requests, complaints, and escalations
  • Ensure a smooth arrival & departure experience
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction ratings through service excellence

Owner Relations

  • Act as primary liaison with property owners
  • Provide regular unit performance updates & maintenance reports
  • Coordinate maintenance works and upgrades with owner approval
  • Protect owner assets and ensure cost-efficient operations

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Manage DTCM unit registrations & renewals
  • Ensure compliance with holiday homes regulations & building policies
  • Maintain records and documentation required by authorities

Maintenance & Supplier Management

  • Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams & contractors
  • Track quality performance and service levels of vendors
  • Control operational costs and schedules
  • Proactively identify property issues and resolve them

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor occupancy rates, pricing trends & guest reviews
  • Create monthly operational reports for management
  • Suggest workflow improvements and business enhancements

Skills & Experience

Required

  • Minimum
    4 years experience
    in holiday homes, property management, hospitality, or real estate operations
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong organizational & problem-solving abilities
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with
    Airbnb / / Property Management Systems
  • Valid UAE driving license

Preferred

  • Experience with
    DTCM Holiday Homes systems
  • Arabic, Russian, or European languages
  • Hospitality, tourism, or real estate background
