ROLE DESCRIPTION-
Sales Executive (
Paints, Coatings, Construction Chemicals, Sealants & Adhesives
)
Location: Sharjah
Company Type: Distributor & Manufacturing
Level: Junior / Entry-Level
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Techno-Commercial Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be primarily responsible for driving sales activities, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and cross-functional departments such as logistics, finance, and accounts.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling sales activities, conducting customer meetings, providing technical solutions, and effectively closing deals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the paints, coatings, construction chemicals, sealants, and adhesives industries
· Conduct regular customer visits to promote products and identify new business opportunities.
· Generate leads and convert them into sales.
· Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure timely closures.
· Manage payment follow-ups and coordinate with accounts for collections.
· Review and monitor stock availability and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
· Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers based on their application requirements.
· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
· Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and technical meetings when required.
REQUIREMENT-

The candidate must be relevant from the Paints & Coatings Industry.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or Paint any other Engineering + Business Administration (preferred).
· 1–3 years of experience in sales or techno-commercial roles within the paints, coatings, construction, or adhesive industries.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
· A valid driving license will be an added advantage.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
