AJ Concept is an engineering consultancy and interior design firm based in Ajman, offering architectural, structural, and design services across the UAE.
Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and well-connected marketing representatives to help us bring new projects in the fields of engineering consultancy and interior design.
This position is commission-based only, with no fixed salary. You will earn a commission of up to 5% of the total project value upon successful contract signing and client payment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients (real estate developers, contractors, villa owners, etc.)
- Promote AJ Concept's design and consultancy services.
- Coordinate with management for project meetings and proposals.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company's image positively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or marketing within the construction or design sector (preferred).
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Based in the UAE.
- Freelancers or individuals with existing networks are highly encouraged to apply.
Compensation: Commission-based only (up to 5% per project).
