Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the medical/healthcare field to lead and execute our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in healthcare marketing, strong industry connections, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and healthcare-related organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies specifically for medical and healthcare services.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with companies, corporate clients, insurers, and referral partners.
  • Promote medical services to corporates, institutions, and individual clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the healthcare sector.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, health awareness programs, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with management and clinical teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient acquisition strategies.
  • Prepare marketing reports, performance analysis, and growth plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the medical/healthcare field only (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing, medical services, and referral networks.
  • Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle corporate marketing activities.
  • Good understanding of UAE healthcare market regulations and practices.
