About Us

Ugarit Auto Paints is a leading supplier of high-quality automotive paints, refinishing solutions, and professional car detailing products in the UAE. We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated, well-presented, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Ajman Industrial Area 1 – Al Jurf branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell automotive paint systems, refinishing materials, tools, consumables, and car detailing products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with auto body shops, garages, car detailing centers, and B2B clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to increase brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and basic technical support to customers.
  • Handle inquiries, quotations, and after-sales service.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Automotive Paints or Car Care/Detailing products preferred)

Education:

  • High school diploma or above

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of UAE automotive aftermarket and customer segments
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
  • Languages: Arabic, English, and Hindi/Urdu are a plus
