Job Responsibilities – Sales & Marketing Executive

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and increase company revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote long-term business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close profitable sales deals.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Create and manage marketing content for digital platforms, including social media, email, and company websites.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market data.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, market trends, and new marketing tools or strategies
