Job Title: Project Coordinator (Civil/Mechanical)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage steel and metal fabrication projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare, review, and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for all projects.
  • Maintain and organize comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, specifications, material submittals, progress reports, site instructions, and completion records.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met.
  • Support procurement, logistics, and site teams with required documentation and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing project reports, proposals, and presentations for management and clients.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in steel/metal fabrication or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project-wide documentation management and BOQ preparation.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time
