KBH Real Estate Development is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager with proven expertise in tower and high-rise construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of major developments, ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters.

This position requires a professional with strong leadership, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in managing large-scale real estate construction projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of tower construction projects, from design coordination to project handover.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and quality execution.
  • Monitor project progress through regular site visits, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Identify potential risks and delays, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage procurement schedules and materials delivery to align with project milestones.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, budget updates, and change orders.
  • Ensure all work meets UAE construction codes, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with the Projects Director on strategic planning, cost optimization, and value engineering.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers, QA/QC teams, and site staff to achieve excellence in project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience managing high-rise or tower projects in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local regulations.
  • Strong experience in budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent).
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
