Job Description:

Bonecrepe Chocolate is looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage multiple projects across the company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution, track progress, coordinate between departments, and support timely delivery of all initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners for project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Prepare progress reports and update management regularly.
  • Identify potential risks and suggest solutions to ensure smooth project flow.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
