Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Dubai. The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to support business growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, preparing proposals, and ensuring exceptional customer service to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to analyze market trends and business opportunities
  • Excellent Communication abilities to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and developing actionable strategies to secure new business
  • Proficiency in Market Research to identify industry trends and competitor activities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in the content creation or media industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
