  • Manage techno-commercial activities during the sales process, including product presentations, solution design, and client discussions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless product integration into project solutions.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key OEMs, distributors, and technology partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to refine product offerings.
  • Support business development teams with pricing strategies, technical documentation, and training.
  • Prepare business cases, forecasts, and performance reports for product lines.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Product Manager to lead the development, positioning, and commercial success of our EV Charger, Energy Storage and UPS product lines. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen, driving product strategy, partnerships, and market growth across the UAE and GCC.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; MBA or equivalent commercial qualification is an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, or business development within the power systems, EV infrastructure, or energy solutions sectors in the UAE/GCC.
  • Strong understanding of EV charging technologies, Energy Storage and UPS systems, and related standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both technical and commercial aspects of products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the GCC as needed.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
