Aston Gate Real Estate is expanding rapidly and is hiring a Real Estate Talent Acquisition Specialist to build, scale, and strengthen our sales force. This role is designed for someone who understands the Dubai real estate industry, can attract high-performing agents, and can support recruitment-focused content creation to fuel our growth.

This is NOT a generic HR role.

This is a high-performance, agent-acquisition, fast-expansion role that directly impacts company revenue.

Key Responsibilities1. Real Estate Recruitment (Primary Responsibility)

  • Lead daily recruitment activities across Indeed, LinkedIn, Dubizzle, Bayut Careers, WhatsApp groups, and industry channels.
  • Screen CVs quickly and conduct structured interviews to assess English proficiency, sales capability, and Dubai real estate knowledge.
  • Build and maintain a strong, steady pipeline of qualified agents (both secondary & off-plan).
  • Drive weekly hiring targets to support company growth objectives.
  • Actively headhunt experienced agents and strong juniors from competing brokerages.

2. Onboarding, Training & HR Operations

  • Manage full onboarding: contracts, documentation, compliance, CRM access, RERA guidelines.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation, induction meetings, and training sessions.
  • Track new agents' activity and ensure they meet probation KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records, agent files, and HR tracking sheets.

3. Content Creation for Recruitment

  • Create simple mobile-level content focused on hiring and company culture (reels, short videos, agent interviews, office clips).
  • Collaborate with marketing to push consistent recruitment campaigns across social platforms.
  • Represent Aston Gate's brand professionally, with clean and frequent content.

4. Performance Monitoring & Sales Coordination

  • Track agent KPIs, attendance, lead response times, and CRM usage.
  • Coordinate with management to assign leads based on performance.
  • Prepare weekly reports for the CEO on:
  • Recruitment progress
  • Agent performance
  • Pipeline status
  • Team activity
  • Ensure agents follow operational and sales standards.

Requirements

  • Dubai real estate experience is mandatory (sales, admin, HR, operations, or brokerage support).
  • Strong communication skills with professional English.
  • Proven background in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or team onboarding.
  • Confident conducting interviews and assessing candidate fit.
  • Comfortable creating short social media videos (no high-level editing required).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and fast-paced.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles, interviews, and recruitment funnels simultaneously.

Compensation

We offer a competitive and performance-driven package:

  • Base Salary: AED 4,000–8,000 per month (depending on experience)
  • Recruitment Bonuses: Paid per agent successfully hired + retained
  • Performance Incentives: Based on hiring speed, team growth, and KPI delivery
  • Commission Overrides: Potential monthly overrides on agent performance

High performers consistently earn AED 12,000–15,000+ per month.
