About The Opportunity
We are hiring an on-site HR Coordinator to join a busy management consulting firm that supports client and internal HR programs across the UAE. You will own day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with local employment regulations, and deliver a seamless employee lifecycle experience from recruitment through offboarding.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics: post jobs, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications using ATS.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including offer administration, induction scheduling, equipment provisioning, and exit clearances.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting data, liaising with payroll vendors, and ensuring timely submissions.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.
- Administer visa and work-permit processes—coordinate renewals, documentation, and government interactions with relevant authorities.
- Prepare routine HR reports and metrics (headcount, attrition, leave, recruitment status) and support ad-hoc HR projects as required.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience working with HRIS
- Experience with payroll systems
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Advanced MS Excel
- Practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Hands-on experience with visa and work-permit processing
Preferred
- Experience in a management consulting or professional services environment
- Experience producing HR reporting and analytics
- Arabic language proficiency
