Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Insurance Sales Advisor located in Abu Dhabi. The Life Insurance Sales Advisor will be responsible for identifying clients' insurance needs, providing tailored life insurance solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Duties include meeting with clients, explaining policy features, processing applications, and liaising with underwriters. The role requires ongoing client consultations, regular follow-ups, and effective communication strategies to build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Insurance, Finance, and Consulting skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the insurance sector is an advantage
