Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Life Insurance Advisor (Sales Profile) based in Abu Dhabi. The Life Insurance Advisor will be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing suitable insurance solutions, generating sales leads, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service, and conducting product presentations as needed. The role requires active collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients
- Sales expertise, including lead generation, closing deals, and achieving sales targets
- Experience in Training or the ability to deliver product presentations and educate clients
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving and exceeding goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
