Role Description
The Life Insurance Advisor - Sales position is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities include providing advisory services on life insurance products, building strong client relationships, and preparing tailored insurance solutions to meet customer needs. The role involves actively pursuing new sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions to improve product understanding for clients. Advisors will also contribute to achieving the company's revenue and growth goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Customer Service practices to ensure satisfactory client experiences
- Proven Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Experience in providing Training to clients or team members on product knowledge (preferred)
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Previous experience in the insurance, financial services, or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field (preferred)
