Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Life Insurance Advisor – Sales with mandatory UAE experience. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and involves identifying client insurance needs, providing expert consultations, and offering insurance solutions tailored to client specifications. The advisor will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and contributing to business growth through effective sales strategies and training where necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for engaging with diverse clients and ensuring effective consultations.
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to address client inquiries and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales expertise with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets and demonstrate consultative selling techniques.
- Capability to conduct Training or coaching sessions to enhance client knowledge or team performance when needed.
- Prior experience in the UAE insurance market is mandatory and highly valued.
- Familiarity with life insurance products and financial planning solutions is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
