Lead Generation Specialist/Executive
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to drive qualified leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, scheduling qualified meetings, preparing proposals, and following up with clients to convert leads into revenue. The primary KPI for this role is the number of qualified meetings generated per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & ProspectingGenerate leads through telecalling, cold calling, email outreach, and referrals.
- Identify potential clients, including brands and their agencies, across the UAE.
- Research target companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities.
Maintain and update a client prospect database for future outreach.
- Sales & Business DevelopmentDevelop new business relationships and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Conduct initial outreach, understand client requirements, and qualify leads.
- Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Participate in online meetings and sales pitches with potential clients.
Assist in negotiating deals and closing sales opportunities.
- Client Relationship ManagementFollow up with potential leads through calls, emails, and messages.
- Track client interactions and ensure timely responses.
Work closely with the sales team to provide insights and feedback.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of qualified meetings generated per day.
- Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
- Engagement and follow-up efficiency.
Contribution to overall revenue growth.
Requirements:1-3 years of experience in demand generation, sales, or business development (advertising/marketing industry preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales-driven targets.
- Experience in cold calling, email marketing, and lead nurturing.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in an advertising agency or media sales.
Knowledge of the UAE advertising and marketing landscape.
Salary : AED 3,000 to 4,000 Per Month + Incentives
