Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Strategist and Graphic Designer to develop, implement, optimize campaigns that attract qualified leads, for our real estate brokerage. The ideal candidate will specialize in identifying new lead sources, managing digital funnels, and generating consistent, high-quality prospects to support our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and other targeted channels.
- Build, manage, and optimize lead funnels, landing pages, and conversion pathways.
- Research and identify high-potential target audiences and market segments.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives.
- Implement CRM-based automation workflows and lead nurturing sequences.
- Manage lead distribution by assigning and routing qualified leads to the appropriate sales agents, ensuring timely follow-up and maximizing conversion opportunities.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports (CPL, conversion rates, ROI, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion performance.
- Stay updated on real estate industry trends, digital marketing tools, and lead generation best practices.
- Work closely with designers and content creators to produce effective ad creatives and marketing materials.

- Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing (real estate experience preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation or real estate, showcasing a proven track record of delivering high-quality leads.
- Familiarity with landing page builders and funnel creation tools (ClickFunnels, Unbounce, Webflow, etc.).
- Certifications in sales or digital marketing, such as HubSpot or Google Ads, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
- Proficiency in running paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
- Experience in B2B or B2C industries, with a preference for candidates familiar with the company's specific market sector.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong technical skills in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and lead generation tools, ensuring efficient management of leads.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients quickly.
- Proactive and self-motivated, thriving in a fast-paced environment and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new lead generation methods and adapting to changing market dynamics.
