About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented
Hostess
to join our Food & Beverage team. The Hostess will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth flow of service in the restaurant. This role is key to delivering a positive dining experience and maintaining the club's high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and thank them upon departure.
  • Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently, ensuring accurate table allocation.
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus in a courteous manner.
  • Communicate guest preferences and special requests to servers and management.
  • Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide information on menus, promotions, and events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the entrance, waiting, and dining areas.
  • Monitor presentation materials and ensure menus are clean and up to date.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties and support team members during busy periods.
  • Handle guest feedback or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pleasant and well-groomed appearance with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Comfortable performing light lifting when needed.
