Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor in both Arabic and English.
Manage reservation systems, answer phone calls, and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally in both languages.
Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and inform them of available promotions.
Manage the seating chart and waitlist efficiently during peak hours.
Coordinate seamlessly with the serving and kitchen teams regarding guest arrivals and special requests.
Bid guests a genuine farewell and invite them to return.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist with light administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Previous experience as a hostess, receptionist, or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Impeccable presentation and excellent verbal communication skills.
A positive, guest-oriented attitude with a natural smile.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with reservation software (e.g., OpenTable, Resy) is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
