Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced
Channel Operations Specialist
to design and optimize activation and conversion strategies for KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders). You will analyze data and develop creative campaign plans, collaborating with the BD team to ensure smooth execution. This role requires strong data analysis, strategic thinking, and English communication skills to help KOLs effectively convert their audience to our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Monitoring & Analysis:

  • Monitor KOL performance metrics (e.g., user activity, conversion rate) through daily dashboards.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities; provide targeted improvement suggestions and communicate through the BD team.

Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Develop personalized campaign or user conversion plans aligned with each KOL's content style.
  • Support the BD team in coordinating with KOLs to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and achievement of targets.

User Conversion Support:

  • Analyze KOL audience behavior and formulate effective conversion strategies.
  • Collaborate with the BD team to achieve conversion goals and enhance user engagement and retention.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and BD teams to coordinate campaign resources and optimize performance.
  • Summarize and share successful case studies and best practices regularly.

Goal Management:

  • Collaborate with the BD team to achieve user conversion targets and continuously improve retention and engagement metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in channel or partner operations.

  • Experience in KOL marketing, user conversion, or growth strategy is a plus.

  • Skills:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with BD and KOLs.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools and able to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent campaign planning skills with the ability to design tailored solutions for KOL audiences.

  • Personal Attributes:

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities to drive KOL conversion projects efficiently.
  • Goal-oriented and able to perform under pressure.

  • Innovative, adaptable, and deeply familiar with internet products and user behavior.

  • Languages:

  • English and Mandarin
