About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic
Director – Talent Acquisition
to lead and elevate our talent acquisition function, based out of
Dubai
with a strong focus on the
European real estate market
. The ideal candidate will bring an
executive search mindset
, deep experience in
market mapping
, and a successful track record within a
recruitment agency or executive search firm
, preferably within the
real estate sector
.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities across Europe and beyond.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to understand workforce planning needs, market trends, and talent availability.
  • Build scalable frameworks, tools, and processes to elevate TA effectiveness.

Executive Search & Market Intelligence

  • Lead senior and executive-level hiring using rigorous executive search methodologies.
  • Conduct detailed
    market mapping
    , competitive intelligence, and talent landscape assessments within the European real estate market.
  • Build and maintain strategic pipelines of high-potential and leadership talent.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a premium candidate experience.
  • Implement recruitment analytics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures.
  • Manage relationships with external search partners and recruitment agencies.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree (Graduate) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including
    at least 5 years in a recruitment agency or executive search environment
    .
  • Strong hands-on experience in
    market mapping
    and strategic sourcing.
  • Proven success hiring executive and senior-level talent.
  • Deep exposure to the
    European market
    , ideally across multiple countries.
  • Experience in the
    real estate sector
    or closely related industries.
