**About the Role**

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Estimator** with proven experience in **aluminum and façade systems** to join our team in **Dubai, UAE**. This role is essential in delivering accurate cost estimates and preparing competitive tender submissions for residential and commercial façade projects across the UAE.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze architectural and structural drawings to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimations.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to develop complete and competitive proposals.
- Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure cost-effective pricing.
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial documentation for tender submissions.
- Contribute to **value engineering** efforts to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
- Review tender documents to identify project scope, risks, assumptions, and exclusions.
- Monitor current market trends, pricing, and advancements in façade materials and systems.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering**, **Architecture**, **Quantity Surveying**, or a related field.
- **5 years of experience** in aluminum and façade estimation within the **UAE**.
- Strong technical knowledge of **curtain walls**, **cladding**, **windows**, **doors**, and façade systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English.
- Experience working on **medium to large-scale** projects in the UAE construction sector is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
