**Job Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze architectural and structural drawings to produce precise **quantity take-offs** and cost estimates.
- Collaborate closely with **design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams** to develop comprehensive proposals.
- Obtain, review, and evaluate **supplier and subcontractor quotations** to ensure competitive pricing.
- Prepare detailed **technical and commercial bid documents** for tender submissions.
- Support **value engineering initiatives** to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
- Review tender and contract documents to identify **scope, risks, and exclusions**.
- Keep abreast of **material prices, market trends, and innovations** in façade systems.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying**, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of **GCC-based experience** in aluminum and façade estimation.
- Strong knowledge of **curtain walls, cladding, windows, doors**, and other façade components and systems.
- Excellent **analytical skills** with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in **written and verbal communication**.
- Experience with **mid to large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects** is highly desirable.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
