About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze architectural and structural drawings to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals.
- Source, evaluate, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure cost-effective pricing.
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial documentation for tender submissions.
- Contribute to value engineering initiatives to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Review tender documents to identify project scope, risks, assumptions, and exclusions.
- Monitor market trends, material prices, and advancements in aluminum and façade systems.
- Assist in preparing cost reports, budgets, and feasibility studies for projects.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field**.
- **5 years of experience** in aluminum and façade estimation within the UAE.
- Strong technical knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, windows, doors, and other façade systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and numerical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience in medium to large-scale UAE construction projects is preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
