**Job Title**: Corporate Legal Assistant (Trilingual - English, Russian, Uzbek)

**Department**:Legal & Compliance

**Reports To**: Management

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the drafting and formatting of legal documents, contracts, letters, and memorandums in English, Russian, and Uzbek.
- Translate legal and corporate documents accurately between English, Russian, and Uzbek, ensuring legal terminology is preserved and properly localized.
- Support the management in reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to identify key terms, obligations, and deadlines.
- Prepare standard templates and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize legal files, records, and databases for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
- Assist in coordinating notarization, legalizations, and document submissions to government authorities and third-party agencies.
- Support internal departments with legal document requests and clarifications.
- Track and monitor the status of contracts, renewals, and ongoing obligations.
- Conduct basic legal research when required.
- Ensure the confidentiality and proper handling of all sensitive legal documents and communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Translation, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal, corporate, or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, formatting standards, and document structures.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills in all three languages.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with legal document management systems is a plus.
- Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive attitude.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- 2 years previous experience working in a corporate legal department, law firms or ministrial type organizations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
