Job Description Job Title: Business Legal Consultant Company: AZ&T Legal Location: UAE Industry: Legal Services | Business Advisory Job Description AZ&T Legal is seeking an experienced Business Legal Consultant to support clients with corporate advisory, business setup, and regulatory compliance in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE corporate laws, company formation procedures, visas and immigration services, RERA regulations, and real estate legal matters. Key Responsibilities - Advise clients on business setup and company formation (mainland, free zone, offshore) - Handle corporate governance matters and ensure regulatory compliance - Draft and review MOAs, shareholder agreements, board resolutions, and legal documents - Support visa and immigration services including investor, partner, and employment visas - Provide legal advisory on real estate transactions and RERA compliance - Liaise with government authorities, free zones, and regulatory bodies - Assist clients with ongoing compliance, renewals, and legal advisory Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred - 25 years of relevant UAE experience in business legal consulting or corporate law - Strong understanding of UAE company formation and business setup processes - Knowledge of visas & immigration laws in the UAE - Working knowledge of RERA and UAE real estate laws - Excellent drafting, communication, and client-handling skills Key Skills - Corporate Governance - Business Setup & Company Formation - UAE Corporate Law - Visa & Immigration Advisory - Real Estate & RERA Compliance - Legal Drafting & Client Advisory
