Corporate/commercial Legal Counsel

We are working with a world-renowned group based in Dubai that focus on the investment and delivery of projects for hospitality, commercial property and residential property clients across the Middle East and North Africa, Europe, Asia, and North America.
This is a terrifically exciting period for our client who are looking to add to the legal team where you will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer in a position of seniority. Day-to-day responsibilities include corporate work such as drafting and negotiating asset purchase and share purchase agreements. Other responsibilities include providing legal advice and guidance on all matters related to the company’s operations, including regulatory compliance, risk management, and commercial contracts, such as service and vendor agreements.
- Remuneration: £150,000 - £160,000 per annum tax free + benefits
