**Overview**:
We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Guest Relations & Customer Servicesprofessionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests. As a Guest Relations & Customer Services Manager, you are responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our guests ensuring that they will become a memorable experience.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of our products information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions and any allied information
- Actively elicit guest feedback and preferences, regarding our services and ensure action is initiated on the same to maximize guest satisfaction
- Analyse customer feedback such as online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings
- Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their experience in our resort
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure and resolve customer concerns
- Manage guest relations team (all Customer Service Representatives) to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures
- Actively listen to and resolve complaints; handle guest complaints and assist in maintaining smooth relationships between management and guests by resolving problems arising from guest complaints and attending to their requests or queries with dispatch immediately
- Organize and implement all special needs, personal preferences and amenity distribution in accordance to the departments standards; assure compliance and coordination of guests needs, requests and personal preference

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree or University degree in relevant discipline / industry
- Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in guest relations and customer service
- At least 8+ years of experience in sales related to Hospitality and / or Sports Facilities Environment / or Experience in an integrated Private or Semi-Private Resort and Country Club or Sports Club in UAE
- Should have excellent guest relations and customer service management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Should possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle conflicts or challenging situations confidently
- Ability to utilize available resources effectively
- Ability to provide coaching, feedback and on the job training when needed
- **with valid UAE Driving License & Personal Car**

**Salary**: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
