**Location**: Conrad Abu Dhabi, Etihad Towers

Property Shop Investments is seeking a Guest Relations Associate to join our team at our office located within Conrad Hotel, Abu Dhabi. As a Guest Relations Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist in managing reservations and bookings
- Uphold company standards for guest satisfaction and service quality
- Perform administrative tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of experience in hospitality or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest inquiries effectively
- Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Availability to join immediately and in Abu Dhabi.
