- Ensure a smooth and efficient rental process, from reservation to vehicle return.
- Manage and process rental reservations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate vehicle availability, pick-up, and return logistics.
- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition for rental.
- Complete rental agreements accurately, including verifying customer information and processing payments.
- Uploading customer contracts to RTA website without errors.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure operational consistency.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or the rental car industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with composure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
