As an Exotic Cars Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and coordinating maintenance and repair services for high-end and exotic vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring their vehicles receive top-notch care and attention.
- Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Listen attentively to customers' concerns, questions, and service needs.
- Discuss maintenance and repair options, explaining procedures and costs clearly.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines.
- Schedule service appointments efficiently to accommodate customer preferences and technician availability.
- Collaborate with the service technicians to prioritize and manage the repair/maintenance queue.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of various exotic car brands, models, and their unique specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and maintenance practices in the luxury and exotic car industry.
- Identify potential upselling opportunities for additional services, accessories, or parts.
- Educate customers about proper maintenance practices and driving habits that can extend the life of their vehicles.
- Generate invoices and review them with customers.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Assist with parts ordering and inventory management as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in automotive technology or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a service advisor, particularly in the luxury or exotic car segment, is highly desirable.
- Strong passion for and knowledge of exotic cars, their features, and maintenance requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling, record keeping, and communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 4 years (required)
- Exotic Cars: 2 years (preferred)
