About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the F&B industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and business plans tailored to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Negotiate and close deals that align with company goals and profitability targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development within the F&B industry (Hospitality, Catering, Restaurants, or Food Packaging preferred).
- Strong network of contacts in the F&B sector across UAE/GCC.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to work with revenue targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Russian and Arabic is an advantage.
