Job Title: Civil Site Inspector

Location: Ajman - UAE

Industry: Engineering Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor, inspect, and document all daily construction activities on-site.
- Conduct and prepare inspection reports for civil works, including enabling works, foundations, shoring and structural activities.
- Review and verify shop drawings, method statements and material submittals.
- Prepare and maintain daily site inspection logs, progress records and photo documentation.
- Ensure all site activities are carried out according to the approved drawings, specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers and other stakeholders to resolve site issues.
- Issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions.
- Participate in project handover inspections and verify completion of works.
- Ensure the availability of required permits, NOCs and approvals at site.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably in consultancy supervision roles.
- Proven experience in civil site inspection, particularly in building construction, enabling works, piling, and shoring.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and QA/QC procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
