Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at our civil construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site teams, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and making sure work is completed according to quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors on-site.
  • Monitor progress and ensure that work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, materials, labor, and equipment usage.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues.
  • Ensure that site resources are used efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Provide training and guidance to site workers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of site supervision experience in civil construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and site procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
