Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Civil Site Supervisors to oversee day-to-day site operations for G+1 villa projects. The ideal candidates should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate site activities in line with project drawings and specifications.
  • Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
  • Monitor progress and ensure work quality meets project standards.
  • Prepare daily site reports and update project management.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and site safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 2–3 years of UAE experience in G+1 villa or similar residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of structural, finishing, and MEP coordination.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • UAE driving license (preferred).
