Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer – Civil Works to join our construction team. The Site Engineer will play a key role in executing civil projects on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule, while adhering to design specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations on the construction site.
- Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure work is carried out correctly.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and work.
- Monitor progress and quality of construction work and report issues to the Project Manager.
- Ensure site safety standards and environmental regulations are strictly followed.
- Conduct site inspections and record measurements, work progress, and materials used.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and ensure compliance with design and project specifications.
- Maintain daily records of site activities, including labor, equipment, and material usage.
- Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and architects to ensure accuracy and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of on-site experience in civil construction projects (roads, drainage, utilities, etc.).
- Solid understanding of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and quality control.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using tools like AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work at various project sites.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
