Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer – Civil Works to join our construction team. The Site Engineer will play a key role in executing civil projects on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule, while adhering to design specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day operations on the construction site.
  • Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure work is carried out correctly.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and work.
  • Monitor progress and quality of construction work and report issues to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure site safety standards and environmental regulations are strictly followed.
  • Conduct site inspections and record measurements, work progress, and materials used.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and ensure compliance with design and project specifications.
  • Maintain daily records of site activities, including labor, equipment, and material usage.
  • Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and architects to ensure accuracy and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of on-site experience in civil construction projects (roads, drainage, utilities, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and quality control.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and using tools like AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work at various project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
