Bloomfields Holiday Homes is a premier provider of luxury holiday homes, committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience. We specialize in offering guests unforgettable stays in fully equipped, beautifully maintained vacation properties. As we expand, we are seeking a **Reservations Agent** with experience in the holiday homes industry to help us provide top-notch service and seamless booking experiences for our guests.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist guests in selecting the best holiday homes based on their preferences, group size, and budget.
- Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle payment processing, providing guests with clear and accurate billing information.
- Communicate essential property details, check-in instructions, and local recommendations to guests.
- Resolve guest issues, concerns, or complaints swiftly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to guarantee properties are prepared for guest arrivals.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all properties, amenities, and services to assist guests effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the booking experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a Reservation Agent or in a similar role within the holiday homes or vacation rental industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
- Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
- Knowledge of the local area and its attractions is a plus.
- Arabic Speaking is a bonus
