**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reservation Management**:

- Accurately input, modify, or cancel reservations in the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
- Ensure room availability is accurately reflected across all booking channels.
- **Guest Interaction**:

- Provide detailed and accurate information about room types, rates, packages, and special offers.
- Upsell room categories, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a guest-centric approach in all communications.
- **Software Knowledge**:

- Operate and maintain the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS) efficiently.
- Utilize channel manager software to monitor and manage online distribution channels.
- Troubleshoot minor issues related to software systems and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Front Office and Revenue Management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with other departments for special guest requests or arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports related to occupancy, revenue, and market trends as needed.
- **Policies and Procedures**:

- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures for reservations and data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
- Stay updated on changes in pricing, promotions, and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Reservation Agent or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus, or similar).
- Familiarity with channel manager software (e.g., SiteMinder, RateTiger, or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- A guest-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

**Education and Experience**:

- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience with hotel reservation systems and channel manager tools is essential.

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Primarily an office-based role with occasional interaction with guests at the Front Office.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
