**Responsibilities**:

- Sell freehold and off-plan residential and commercial properties from leading developers.
- Guide investors and end-users through the full purchase process
- Present and explain property features, pricing structures, payment plans, and ROI
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and virtual property presentations
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms
- Stay updated on current market trends and upcoming developments
- Prepare and review sales agreements, offers, and contracts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of real estate experience (off-plan experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Russian-speaking preferred (additional languages are a plus)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with local and international property investment trends
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- With own visa preferred.

**What We Offer**
- Base salary during probation period.
- 50% commission structure on all closed deals.
