We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team of Agents, specializing in freehold, off-plan properties, and leasing. This is a commission-only position with exceptional earning potential for high-performing individuals.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate deals in the best interest of the client, ensuring satisfaction for both buyers and sellers, as well as tenants and landlords.
- Stay well-versed in current real estate market conditions, property availability, pricing, and regulations.
- Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the entire transaction process.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, market trends, and listings on property platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
- Add and manage your own listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle to maximize exposure.
- Coordinate with the marketing officer for timely updates on listings.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and properties.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, agencies, developers, and the sales team to ensure smooth transactions and successful outcomes.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or consulting. (At least 1 yr)
- Pleasing personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in English. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and property valuation.
- Residing in Ras Al Khaimah is highly preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
