**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Leasing Management**:
- Oversee the leasing process from start to finish, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
2. **Marketing and Promoting**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, and community events, to promote properties.
- Create and distribute promotional materials to increase visibility and attract potential tenants.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the leasing market.
3. **Team Leadership**:
- Lead, mentor, and train the leasing team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
4. **Tenant Relations**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants.
- Address tenant concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction and retention.
5. **Administrative Duties**:
- Prepare and manage leasing documents, including lease agreements and renewal contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant interactions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
6. **Financial Management**:
- Monitor and achieve leasing targets and financial goals.
- Prepare and present regular leasing reports to management.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management related to leasing activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in leasing management, real estate sales, or property management.
- Strong marketing and promotional skills with a creative approach to attracting tenants.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Goal-oriented with a determined and proactive approach to achieving results.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
