**Essential Job Functions**
- Professional in Communication skills (Arabic/English)
- Experience on Social Media
- Experience on Microsoft Office
- Active and Team Worker
- Experience on Documentation
- Greet and welcome guests & direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Send, receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
**Job Requirements**
- 2 years proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role related to construction field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
**Location**: Office No. 503, Andalus 2 Tower, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street, Ajman
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
