**Role Description**

We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant Manager of Human Resources and Public Relations to join our team at Palma Beach Resort & Spa. This role is an on-site position based in Umm al-Quwain, United Arab Emirates. As an Assistant Manager of Human Resources and Public Relations, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR and PR activities including recruitment, Visas, Government relations, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and benefits administration.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience in human resources management in a 4/5 star hotel or resort
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates
- Governmental Affairs and Government Relations skills
- Experience in managing legislative relations
- Knowledge of government policies and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in HR software (PAYTRAX) and Microsoft Office
- Valid UAE Driving Licence

Basic salary plus allowance, accommodation, visa, health insurance and car

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
