**Job Title: Human Resources Manager**

**Location**: UAQ, UAE

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our HR strategy and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and programs. You will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to employee engagement and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct performance management processes and support career development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity and inclusion.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR management role, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
