**Position**: Office Administrator
**Location**: UAE
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and document control.
- Coordinate with internal departments and support project teams.
- Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and official communications.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration (preferably in construction/contracting).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
